School Info

Meg Segreto’s Dance Centre (MSDC) Student Placement Policy

Students are evaluated individually and placed in the class most appropriate for their age, maturity, experience and skill level. Children progress at different rates based on the combination of these factors and we are very concerned that their dance experience be a positive one. Convenience of time, friendships and carpools cannot be taken into consideration in order to offer them the most appropriate training. Students may not always study with the same group each year as their individual needs may vary.

If your family obligations and schedules conflict with our studio schedule, we will not place your child in an inappropriate class. Due to this policy of placement, we understand that you may be unable to enroll in MSDC and hope that perhaps you will join us in the future.

Dress Code

Note: Dress Code requirements apply to all classes: Hair must be worn in a neat bun (using bobby pins, gel or hairspray, a hairnet or bun cover) and designated style/color of shoes & tights must be worn. NO jewelry, T-shirts, jackets, shorts, jazz pants or capri pants are to be worn in ANY dance class.
